Landline service is underground to Telstra pit outside machinery shed, then underground from pit to entry under office.
Telstra NextG. A high gain aerial mounted on the South East end of house feeds an amplifier, mounted under house, which is connected to indoor aerial in office to provide good coverage in main body of residence.
Internet is provided by NBN satellite service.

Power is then fed underground from garage to distribution board in main house.
Water is pumped from the river, through a filter, to a 45,000 litre storage tank on the property. The storage tank is located at a height to provide a static pressure, at the house, of approximately 35 psi.
Water is then gravity fed from the tank, via a 50 mm pipe, to the workshop, cattle trough, house, garage, irrigation system, fire hose and sprinklers on main body of house.
Water to the kitchen and refrigerator ice maker is additionally filtered through a “two stage” cartridge type “full house” filter.
Sewage is treated by a Council approved “Aerated Water Treatment System” (AWTS). The treated waste water is then pumped under the road to a fenced transpiration area.
